We are open and here for you and your family, but for the safety of our pet parents and team members, we will be limiting access to the lobby until further notice. We will remain open and available for all services but drop-offs and pick-ups will be by way of curbside services. Should you need to access the lobby for any reason, please contact us.
In the event that your dog is at daycare and you leave work because you are feeling ill or someone at your work has been diagnosed, please just give us a call when you are outside and we will be happy to bring your dog out to you to avoid touching handles, just to be on the safe side.
If you are not feeling well or have been diagnosed with COVID-19, please do not bring your dog to daycare. As you know we are small, tight-knit business. We are taking steps to limit our exposure to each other, however, if one of us becomes ill, it could affect all of us as well as the business itself.
We encourage you to continue to bring your dog for their sanity. This just affects people, so the pups don’t need to stay home! Maintaining an exceptional facility has always been our utmost priority at Red Rover, but we want to assure you now more than ever that your pets are in the best care with us! Before you leave the house, pull up the app on your phone and log in. Upon logging in you will see the curbside menu option at the top, click this and select the option that best suites your situation
Upon arriving, open the app and find curbside menu again. Clicking “arrived” will send a notification directly to staff onsite. They will be out shortly to help you!
