*Dogs checked out after 10:00AM on the last day will incur an additional daycare fee ($30 per dog) for the last day.


Major Holidays are an extra $7.00 per night increase on all national holidays.  New Years, Martin Luther King, Presidents day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day Veterans Day Thanksgiving, Christmas.  And any other Major Holidays not listed above.


Red Rover Members Packages

Customers who visit weekly throughout the year keep us in business, and we thank you! Clients who do not visit monthly are ineligible for packages. Please confirm with staff if you may purchase a package if your pup has not been in our care within 30 day. Any packages that are pre-purchased without prior approval will be credited to the account for the amount paid and the package will be removed.  

 

Packages are non-refundable and expire 30 days from first use. Visits do not roll over month to month. If there are particular days your pup would like to attend, have staff pre-book services as far out as 6 months.  Multiple dogs may share single dog packages. Packages automatically renew with cards on file. Please let staff know if you would like to change or stop services.
